Can I work for SmartHire from outside Norway?+
Yes. Many roles are remote, and the market partner roles are specifically for people who live and work in the country they will build.
Do I have to quit my current job?+
No. Several roles can initially be combined with another job, consultancy or your own company.
How do pay and terms work?+
We keep an open conversation about it. For partner roles, commission is performance-based and uncapped, and a fixed fee can be discussed. For other roles, salary or fees are agreed in the first conversation.
