About the role
Our campaigns and articles generate a steady flow of enquiries from companies that need more qualified candidates. You will be the person who turns those enquiries into customers.
Your responsibilities
- Follow up inbound leads quickly and in a structured way.
- Run discovery calls, sales calls and demos.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms.
- Keep the CRM and forecast up to date.
- Feed back to marketing what customers actually ask for.
What we're looking for
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally towards HR, recruitment, staffing or SaaS.
- Fluent Norwegian or Swedish and good English.
- Structured, self-driven and comfortable talking to senior managers.
- Able to explain a technical service simply.
- Advantage: knowledge of the recruitment industry.
