About the role
We run a multilingual Next.js site with hundreds of pages and build automations around leads, campaigns and candidate flow. We need a developer who likes shipping.
Your responsibilities
- Develop smarthire.no and landing pages further.
- Build automations and integrations (Python, APIs).
- Build AI-based filters and assessments for candidates.
- Improve performance, SEO and measurement.
- Write clean, maintainable code.
What we're looking for
- Solid experience with TypeScript, React and Next.js.
- Experience with Python or Node for automation.
- Has used LLM APIs in practice.
- Independent and ships in small steps.
- Advantage: SEO knowledge and Vercel.
