About the role
Our campaigns bring in many applicants. You make sure customers only get the ones who fit — quickly, kindly and professionally.
Your responsibilities
- Call and screen candidates who applied through the campaigns.
- Assess candidates against the customer's requirements.
- Send qualified candidates on and give clear feedback.
- Give every applicant a good candidate experience.
- Keep the ATS and overviews up to date.
What we're looking for
- Experience in recruitment, staffing or customer service.
- Fluent Norwegian and good English.
- Good conversation skills and judgement.
- Efficient and accurate.
