About the role
Outbound is one of our most important channels. You work with ready-made lists, sequences and templates — and help test what actually gets replies.
Your responsibilities
- Contact decision-makers at companies and agencies by email, LinkedIn and phone.
- Follow up replies and qualify interest.
- Book meetings in the sales team's calendar.
- Test messaging, subject lines and sequences, and share the learnings.
- Keep lead lists and the CRM up to date.
What we're looking for
- Experience in outbound, SDR or similar — or strong motivation to learn quickly.
- Write well and concisely in Norwegian, Swedish or English.
- Handle rejection and follow up with respect and persistence.
- Structured and data-driven.
- Advantage: background in recruitment, staffing or SaaS.
